Final Blog Post
As I reflect on my blog I am amazed of what I actually accomplished. Never did I imagine I would be able to create, publish, and teach using technology and web 2.0 tools. Frankly until this course, I had never heard of a Web 2.0 tool. My absolute favorite assignment was digital storytelling. I am SO proud of my creation. It was one of the more difficult and time consuming assignments for me but the most rewarding. My least favorite assignment was group and personal wiki. I didn't really get anything out of it. I understand it's purpose and function but found it to be of little to no use to me during this course. I did the assignments for the sake of doing them. Throughout the course I thoroughly enjoyed the blogging process. I felt like my blog entries was my class participation. I only visited 7 other classmates blogs and left comments. It would have been nice to alternate from week to week, writing our own blog entry and visiting classmates blogs. I mostly gave feedback or praise and encouragement in response to classmates blogs.

ICP Selection
For the ICP project I selected LinkedIn, Ning, and TappedIn. These are all Web 2.0 tools used for social networking. Social network Web 2.0 tools allow users to develop relationships between teachers, educators, administrators, professional individuals, groups, organizations, web sites, and other information/knowledge processing entities. Online communities engage in discussions, host classes, recommend web sites, offer professional opportunities, allow for interaction through discussion boards, and offer participants access a wide array of informational resources. These communities encompass individuals with diverse interests, skills, and backgrounds, which can meet and learn from one another in a productive professional environment. Web 2.0 tools used for social networking offer limitless possibilities.
